Hey Bros! My name is Brian Bennett. I’m a Jersey City native with a passion for food and flavor. I spent the last 10 years cooking in the South; more specifically in Austin, TX and New Orleans, LA. My culinary background could be described as French trained with a southern kick; needless to say flavor profiles are paramount when I cook. Most of my time in the South was spent learning nose-to-tail cooking and true farm-to-table fare. For the last five years back in New Jersey I’ve been applying everything I’ve learned in my culinary travels down South. Simplicity is key in my cooking approach and I prefer to prepare food that can easily be recreated by anyone at home. Eat Clean Bro provides an opportunity for me to enhance my ability in which to showcase this. At ECB, I look forward to putting an innovative twist on some old favorites in a new and exciting way.
