INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bag of tortilla chips of choice
• ¼ cup of black olives
• 12 oz shredded cheese
• ¼ cup jalapeno peppers
• ½ cup pico de gallo
• 1 ½ tbsp Greek yogurt
• 1lb ground turkey or ground beef
• 1 avocado or guacamole of choice
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grab an oven safe skillet, or deep aluminum tray.
- Start with a layer of tortilla chips, and then layer your ground beef or turkey, shredded cheese, and jalapeno peppers to your liking. Continue layering the remainder of the tortilla chips.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Top with pico de gallo, black olives, avocado (sliced or mashed) and Greek yogurt.
- Serve hot & enjoy!
