Eat Clean Bro is back with an easy, healthier nacho tray recipe including ingredients from our A La Carte menu. The perfect macro-friendly recipe for your next football Sunday!

Cooking time: 12 min
Serves: 8 guests
Serving size: 4 oz

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips of choice
    • ¼ cup of black olives
    • 12 oz shredded cheese
    • ¼ cup jalapeno peppers
    • ½ cup pico de gallo
    • 1 ½ tbsp Greek yogurt
    • 1lb ground turkey or ground beef
    • 1 avocado or guacamole of choice

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and grab an oven safe skillet, or deep aluminum tray.
  2. Start with a layer of tortilla chips, and then layer your ground beef or turkey, shredded cheese, and jalapeno peppers to your liking. Continue layering the remainder of the tortilla chips.
  3. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
  4. Top with pico de gallo, black olives, avocado (sliced or mashed) and Greek yogurt.
  5. Serve hot & enjoy!
