Will I lose weight if I eat nothing other than BRO meals?

Our meals are broken down into various categories. Meals lower in carbohydrates, and higher in protein are, in all likelihood, your best bet. That being said, weight loss depends upon your lifestyle and exercise choices, and one size does NOT fit all.

Bros? You may have undercooked that steak.

Though the doneness of steak has been the subject of debate amongst many bros over the years, yours looks like that for a reason. Our meals are slightly, slightly undercooked so that when you at home reheat them, their deliciousness and taste integrity are not totally destroyed. There are no nasty preservatives in our food. Fish meals must ALWAYS be heated when you receive them.

How long does the food stay fresh?

Since there are no preservatives added to any of our meals, our meals are fresh up to SEVEN days in the refrigerator. Please use by the best by date provided on each meal.

Where are the Macros?

Calories, fat, protein, and carbohydrates for each meal can be found at the bottom of each meal's page. We also have new food labels available on each meal as well.

Help! How do I heat this stuff up?

Remove cardboard sleeve from container. Peel corner film slightly (remove sauce cup if included). Place tray in microwave and heat on high for 2-3 minutes! For oven heating, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Remove the cardboard sleeve from the container. Peel off the film. Remove food from the tray and place in an oven safe container. Place the dish in the oven for 10 minutes or until the food is heated through.

I have a SEVERE lactose, nut, and wheat allergy. Will I survive if I place an order?

As always, we recommend using your best judgment. Allergens are listed on our menu, and we do use the highest sanitary practices in our kitchen, but our meals ARE prepared on shared equipment. If the thought of lactose makes your stomach turn, please use your personal experience and discretion. The majority of our meals are gluten-free and we also offer gluten-free pasta modifications for some of our options.

How long do my meals stay fresh?

Our new meal sealing system creates a stay-fresh environment for your meals up to 7 days after shipping! Once opened, consume within 48 hours.

What is A La Carte?

By definition it means separate items that are different from a set meal. On the Eat Clean Bro menu it is a way to order bulk items to use for your own needs. You can get Chicken, Rice, or Veggies separately and make your own meals!

Do I need to cook anything?

Everything that leaves our Kitchen is already cooked by our staff of chefs & ready to eat. We do suggest you follow the heating instructions to have the best experience with your meal!

How do I re-order?

With our NEW Shopify site, there is not a way to re-order a previous order at this time. However, we are working on some options to make this process easier!

Yes, we can give you an approximate 1-hour time frame window! Please call customer service at 866-258-1890. Please keep in mind this is a courtesy window and the window may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping

Help! I can't check out!

If you're not seeing pick-up or delivery options appear when attempting to complete check-out, it's likely because you don't have your profile completely filled out. You MUST create a profile on our website if you want your order to go through. Go to the bottom of the page and under my account click "My Profile" and make sure you have your name, email, phone, and address filled in. (Yes, you DO need to fill out an address even if you are picking your order up.)

Why can’t I select shipping at check out?

Please make sure that you have a minimum of 4 meals in your cart in order to check out!

How does shipping work?

You will have to add a minimum of 4 meals to your shopping cart to be able to check out with shipping in our ship zones. The date that you select is the date the meals will be delivered to you. Our meals are shipped via either FedEx on OnTrac in an insulated cooler box with a block of ice. Your meals will remain fresh during transportation and are shipped directly to your front door; our meals have been tested to be safe in transit for up to 72 hours.

Who is delivering my Shipping delivery?

Your delivery will come via either FedEx or OnTrac!

When will I receive my shipping delivery?

Depending on your shipping zone, OnTrac & FedEx deliveries are made by 8 PM the day you select for delivery.

Will I get a tracking number for my UPS delivery?

You will receive an email with your tracking number prior to your meals leaving the facility.

How much does shipping cost?

Our cost for shipping varies depending on your location. These fees are assessed directly from the carrier, not Eat Clean Bro, so we are not able to adjust these costs. If your shipping order needs to be shipped in two boxes, we will cover the shipping fee for one box.

Can I cancel/reschedule a shipping delivery?

Deliveries can be rescheduled or cancelled if you contact customer service within 24 hours of placing your order (info@eatcleanbro.com OR 866-258-1890). Please note, if you do not contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled shipping date we will be unable to cancel the order. Order cancellations/reschedules on the day of delivery selected will be subjected to a 50% restocking fee. Orders that are not picked up as cash/credit will also be subjected to a 50% restocking fee.

What happens if no one is home to receive my delivery?

If you live in a residential complex where your front door is not accessible without approved access or will not be home to receive your delivery, we recommend that you contact Eat Clean Bro so we can ensure proper delivery.

Delivery

Why can't I select a delivery method?

If you do not have the 4 meal minimum for hand delivery in your cart, delivery will not be a checkout option for you. Add few meals and watch the magic happen.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Our drivers deliver hundreds of meals on delivery days. For their safety and sanity, cash is not permitted as delivery payment.

Can I track my ECB hand delivery?

Your driver will text you when they leave our facility, and again when they are about 20 minutes away. If a text back is delayed, don’t panic. They are driving vans full of precious cargo and can’t always make it to the phone. We haven't forgotten you.

Do I need to be home when the food is dropped off?

Nope, but it is encouraged in order to refrigerate the meals right away upon delivery. If you will not be home, just leave instructions for your driver in the comments section when you check out. Remember to leave your cooler bag out (if you have purchased one previously!) Either select that you need a cooler bag at checkout or leave a delivery comment that you have previously purchased one. Cooler bags can keep your meals at temperature for an additional 1-2 hours.

Delivery date I want my meals delivered on is no longer available. Can I still place my order?

How are my meals delivered?

There are a few options for delivery with Eat Clean Bro, depending where you are located or your distance from our kitchen. We offer hand delivery with our personal fleet of delivery vehicles, or 1 or 2 day shipping through FedEx and OnTrac.

Pickup

Do you have any pickup locations?

Yes, you can pick up online orders at our Freehold NJ, Point Pleasant NJ, and Eatontown NJ locations. See addresses and pickup times on our Schedule page.

Can I walk in and purchase meals without placing an order ahead of time?

Yes! You can shop the fridges daily at our 3 locations. Please see our Schedule page for addresses, hours and contact information.

What happens if I placed an order for pick-up but forgot to pick it up?

Your meals will still be ready for pick up. However, if this is NOT picked up by the end of the following day, these meals will be put back into our refrigerator to sell. Please keep in mind that any orders that are not picked up will be subjected to a 50% restocking fee.

Subscription

Do you offer subscriptions?

YES! We offer subscriptions for local deliveries and shipping
orders. You will have an option to either select a one-time purchase or
subscribe!

What frequency of subscriptions do you offer?

We currently offer subscriptions every 7 days!

How long do my meals stay fresh?

Can I skip my order or pause my subscriptions?

Of course! There is no commitment to the subscription; you
can pause or cancel any time.
