Customer Service Department Manager

Full-time position

The customer service department manager is responsible for managing customer service agents and monitoring their performance while still providing excellent service to the customer. In this role, you will schedule agents, assistants, and representatives, resolve emergency issues, provide training for new employees, and handle service issues beyond agent capability. You will also be required to meet all customer and company expectations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Recruit, hire, and train new SMR, CS, LC, & Lobby Staff.
  • Create Monthly Schedules for SMR, CS, LC, & Lobby Staff.
  • Manages SMR, CS, LC, & Lobby Staff.
  • Manage Max Meals – Sales, Training, Customer Service.
  • Top level creation of Merch (Assists Merch Manager).
  • Generate sales from training agents to up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Research strategies to further improve the customer experience.
  • Distribute agent and representatives work.
  • Document customer service discussions and actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and files of documentation.
  • Provide sales goals and encouragement to achieve goals.
  • Manage payroll expenses.
  • Set and maintain all customer service procedures and policies.
  • Address returns, refunds, credits, and shipping tracking numbers.
  • Provide resources for quality customer service.
  • Implement customer service strategies to improve quality of service.
  • Address and resolve team and customer conflicts.
  • Anticipate and resolve customer service issues.
  • Maintain a professional workspace and workflow.
  • Evaluate agent and representative performance.

Experience:

  • Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Experience in providing customer service support.
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications.
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.

Customer Service Representative

Full-time position

Job Summary

  • Assists with live chat, complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or live chat
  • Use telephones/Cellular devices to reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Place, cancel or edit customer orders
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers for orders
  • Answer questions about how our services work, requirements for deliveries, etc.
  • Suggest solutions when a problem arises
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions
  • Sell products and services
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced culinary environment
  • Experience in a high-volume production facility is a plus

Overnight Meal Packer

Full-time position

Hours: 8pm - 6am | Saturday & Sunday, 10pm - 6 am | Monday & Wednesday

Job Description:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
  • Follow plating & procedure specifications.
  • Store food properly, operating food processing equipment, maintaining supplies, mixing ingredients, and assessing food items quality.
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good food safety and sanitation.
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of the plating room and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workstation by sanitizing surfaces and taking out the trash, etc.
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 1,000 lbs. with the aid of a rolling cart made available by the company.
  • Ability to withstand extreme temperatures in the plating room work environment, the temperature in the cold room is consistently below 39 degrees. 
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with associates and management team.

Grill Production Cook

Full-time position

Hours: 8pm - 6am | Saturday & Sunday, 10pm - 6 am | Monday & Wednesday

Job Description:

  • The grill cook’s primary task is preparing food on the grill for nightly production
  • Prepares food items as needed with daily/nightly production numbers
  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes & procedure specifications. Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
  • Monitors food rotation and inventory levels to maintain wholesome and nutritious products 
  • Labels food in compliance with storage guidelines
  • Tracking inventory to ensure that you always have adequate supplies
  • Assists Kitchen Production Leads with coordination of prep list, inventory levels and product needs
  • Maintains work areas, kitchen equipment and food handling procedures to ensure compliance with all safety and health codes
  • Understands and complies with County/State/Federal health codes to ensure the health and safety of the customer
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 1,000 lbs. with the aid of a rolling cart made available by the company.
  • Ability to withstand extreme temperatures in the kitchen working environment, ranging from 0 to 120 degrees
  • Ability to communicate effectively with associates and management.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to accommodate business levels.
