Overnight Meal Packer

Full-time position

Hours: 8pm - 6am | Saturday & Sunday, 10pm - 6 am | Monday & Wednesday

Job Description:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
  • Follow plating & procedure specifications.
  • Store food properly, operating food processing equipment, maintaining supplies, mixing ingredients, and assessing food items quality.
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good food safety and sanitation.
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of the plating room and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workstation by sanitizing surfaces and taking out the trash, etc.
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 1,000 lbs. with the aid of a rolling cart made available by the company.
  • Ability to withstand extreme temperatures in the plating room work environment, the temperature in the cold room is consistently below 39 degrees. 
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with associates and management team.

  • Experience in a fast-paced culinary environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Experience in a high-volume production facility is a plus

Prep Cook – PM Shift

Full-time position

Sun, Mon, Wed, Sat: 4 pm-1 am (approximate hours)

Job Summary

  • Follow the prep list created by Kitchen Production Leads
  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes & procedure specifications.
  • Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently.
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation.
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
  • Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
  • Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meats etc.
  • Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food, and staging product etc.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, and daily break down of the kitchen etc.
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 1,000 lbs. with the aid of a rolling cart made available by the company.
  • Ability to withstand extreme temperatures in the kitchen working environment, ranging from 0 to 120 degrees
  • Ability to communicate effectively with associates and management.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to accommodate business levels.

Grill Cook - Overnight $20hr to start, Experience Needed

Full-time position

Sun, Mon, Wed, Sat: 6 pm-4 am

Job Summary

  • The grill cook’s primary task is preparing food on the grill for nightly production
  • Prepares food items as needed with daily/nightly production numbers
  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes & procedure specifications. Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
  • Monitors food rotation and inventory levels to maintain wholesome and nutritious products 
  • Labels food in compliance with storage guidelines
  • Tracking inventory to ensure that you always have adequate supplies
  • Assists Kitchen Production Leads with coordination of prep list, inventory levels and product needs
  • Maintains work areas, kitchen equipment and food handling procedures to ensure compliance with all safety and health codes
  • Understands and complies with County/State/Federal health codes to ensure the health and safety of the customer
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
