We offer a few delivery options- for local delivery, you will receive a text from your driver when they are en route with your delivery. You will also receive a text when the driver has delivered your meals. For shipping, you will receive confirmation once the delivery is complete. Delivery orders are scheduled to arrive between the hours of 8am and 10pm on your selected day. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, however customers service can provide you with a one hour delivery window once your delivery has left our facility.

In both cases, your delivery will be left at your door unattended if you do not answer the door. While we do everything possible on our end to ensure a seamless delivery and food safety, our product is fresh and therefore perishable and by ordering a delivered product you accept full responsibility for your order after it has been delivered unattended, including but not limited to any loss, theft, damage or spoilage due to temperature sensitivity or other factors. We recommend refrigerating your order as soon as it is delivered for best results and to ensure food safety. 

While we transport orders in a temperature controlled environment, your order will arrive in a non-insulated bag without ice. If you are doubtful about being home to retrieve your order, we do offer cooler bags for purchase on Local Delivery orders that will extend the safe temperature of your order, though it is still recommend that you refrigerate your order promptly after it is delivered for optimal food safety. Alternatively, you may also leave out your own cooler with ice and instruct the delivery driver (in the delivery notes upon checkout) to place your meals there. We also offer an alternative option to pick-up your order free of charge at any of our retail locations.

By providing your mobile phone number, you provide consent to receiving phone calls and/or text messages informing you of your order’s status and, when possible, providing you with a photo of your order upon delivery.  If you request delivery of your order but do not provide your mobile phone number, your order will still be delivered to your door, but you may not be able to receive such calls and/or text messages.
