Healthy Valentines Day Recipes!

Love is in the air.. and so are delicious sweets! If you’re looking for a healthy dessert that isn't loaded with unwanted calories, we've got you covered!




MUSH Parfait

1 container of MUSH Overnight Oats (Available on our grocery menu.)

5.3 oz container of Plain or Vanilla Nonfat Greek Yogurt

Berries, pomegranate seeds, banana, or any fruit of your choice

Chopped nuts or granola


Layer MUSH with yogurt, fruit, and nuts. Tag @eatcleanbro to show us your creation!



5.3 oz container of nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk (or any milk!) (Available on our grocery menu.)

1-2 tbsp white chocolate chips

¾ cup frozen raspberries


Fresh raspberries and white chocolate chips for garnish

Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl by microwaving in 15 second intervals and stirring.  Add all ingredients to the blender, including the melted chocolate.  Blend until smooth.


¾ cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk (or any milk!) Available on our grocery menu.)

¾ cup frozen cherries

¼ cup part-skim ricotta cheese

2 tbsp apple juice

2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder


Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Garnish with cherries and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
